Our website launches three new steals each morning at 10AM ET. Each of these deals remains available for twenty-four hours, or until the item is sold out, whichever comes first So if you have your eye on something, better snap it up quick ,as once it’s gone from our launch, it’s gone!
While our goal is to always introduce new amazing products to you, sometimes we bring back items that are in high demand, so if you miss out on a steal, please add your name to the “waitlist” on the sold out item’s page so that you will be the first to hear about it, if and when it is back in stock!
When you order an item from us, it will usually leave our warehouse within three business days. However, for some specialty pieces, it can take up to fifteen business days to ship out. If you are concerned that you haven’t received an item, please contact our team for tracking information.
Irrespective of what you order from us, we offer a flat shipping fee of $5. If you want to have a stress-free experience when you shop with our site, you can opt for ShipInsure at the checkout, which will give you peace of mind relating to lost, broken or stolen goods.
We only ship items within the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship items to APO, FPO or DPO at this current time. However, watch this space! We are always looking for ways to launch our items to new customers, so we may be able to ship internationally soon.
All refunds for returns for items bought from our site are processed one to three days after the item is received by our team. However, your card provider may add additional time to this. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged, ShipInsure will aim to cover claims within thirty days.
Our team aims to process all of the orders we receive quickly. So, in most cases, we may be unable to cancel an order. If an item is out of stock when it is ordered, or it has been delivered but not received, we are able to process cancellations and issue refunds.
Based on the availability and size of some items, it may be the case that we ship them in separate packages. We may also choose to ship the items on different days, which can result in multiple tracking numbers. If you have any concerns about tracking numbers or delivery days, contact our team.
We have a curated decor box offering known as the “Steal It” box, which is aimed at providing on trend items that are ideal for your home. There is no long-term commitment, and you are free to purchase one box and come back for the next box.
We aim to keep the prices of all the items that we sell as low as they can be. So, if you buy something from us and it goes on sale, we are not able to offer discounts or price adjustments. Our initial cost is usually the best price for any item we have!
