To initiate a return you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which you will receive after you contact us here (requests can be submitted 24/7) and we will be glad to help. Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your Decor Steals purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship the product(s) back to us.
  • Be sure to ship only new, unused items.
  • Be sure to ship item(s) within 30 days of our original ship date.
  • We will offer either a monetary refund minus shipping fees, or a store credit. We do not allow exchanges.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging intact.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Once a credit is issued, it takes 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your bank statement.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Shipping within the 48, Contiguous United States is a flat $5 whether you buy a couch or a votive. It is always 5 bucks. We know it is AWESOME! Sorry no international shipping~ Please check specific shipping info in each deal's listing under the "Shipping & Delivery Info" tab. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. ***You will *ALWAYS* get a tracking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive. We know you are so excited to receive your order ASAP but please make sure to look for the processing time info at the bottom of the "Deal Highlights" tab. Also please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days...
