Things to expect from our products: staining that varies, chippy paint, slight size differences and handmade distressing such as rust detailing that make our items look like they were just picked from a old farm yard! We believe in unique pieces, almost every product has some aspect of human touch whether its hand painted or hand distressed!  
DECORSTEALS is a unique shopping experience that allows you to purchase home decorating items at a fraction of their retail price. We offer three unique decorating pieces every day at prices up to 80% off retail. Starting at 10AM EST daily, there will be *THREE* new deals of the day, a few new wh steals, and featured finds for the pieces you loved but missed. Steals sell out quickly and get replaced throughout the day. Be sure you are checking frequently! 
If you are no longer in need of your product, you may return it with original packing slip, in its original packaging. Our return policy lasts 30 days from order date. Unfortunately purchases past this 30 day period are unable to be returned. To make it as easy as possible: you can choose to ship back on your own or we are happy to provide a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your refund. Your end refund will be the product price less $5 initial shipping and the amount of the return shipping label (if you choose that option).
You bought it! You love it! But it's just not going to work with your space. Not to worry you CAN return it and it’s easier than ever now! To get your return started you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact us here to get started! Here is what you need to know:
  • Products must be new & unused and returned in their original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging can not be accepted or refunded at this time.
  • Be sure to ship item(s) within 30 days of our original ship date.
  • Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • To make it as easy as possible: you can choose to ship back on your own or we are happy to provide a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your refund. If you do choose to use our prepaid Return Label; please ship the item back within 2 weeks of the date your prepaid Return Label is issued. You MUST ship the item out within two (2) weeks or the financial responsibility to send the item(s) back will become yours. ***Return labels are only valid for 14 days. After which, it will be your responsibility to return the product for a refund within 30 days of the ship date.
  • We will offer either a monetary refund minus shipping fees, or a store credit. We do not allow exchanges.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment which takes about 5-7 business days to process.

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If your order is received damaged, be sure to alert us within 30 days of the original ship date. Please contact us here and select the Subject: Damaged or Defective item, so we can serve you faster. Photos are required. Please include a Photo of the item and packaging as our team is unable to assist you without a Photo.
Our system is set up to send your email reminder at 10AM EST sharp. In order to let you know about the new Steal of the day. However, every mail provider is different in the way they scan for spam, and there may be other factors affecting the delivery time. These variances make it possible that the item is sold out before you get a chance to see it. The best way to ensure timely delivery is to add yourfriends@my.decorsteals.com to your safe senders list (contacts list). You also do not have to wait for the reminder to check the daily steal _ just head to our site at 10 AM EST!
Shipping within the 48, Contiguous United States is a flat $5 whether you buy a couch or a votive. It is always 5 bucks. We know it is AWESOME! Sorry no international shipping~ We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. ***You will *ALWAYS* get a tracking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive. We know you are so excited to receive your order ASAP but please make sure to look for the processing time info at the bottom of the "Deal Highlights" tab. Also please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days... Sorry but that is the nature of our business and that is how we are able to offer you the "bestest" steals out there...
You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you get charged when you place the order and NOT when the item is shipped.
Our system ships orders to the address you provide on the order form. Perhaps your computer auto-filled it for you or there is a default set up incorrectly? Please be sure to proof read and correct all orders prior to "Checkout". If your item has shipped to the wrong address; and your item is "returned to sender" you will receive a full refund for your item, less your original $5 shipping fee. If your item has shipped to the wrong address; and your item is delivered, we are unable to refund your item.

You may have noticed that you are being charged a Sales Tax now. Right now you are probably thinking “what’s up with that?!” Great question! Due to a Supreme Court Ruling last year, many States are now requiring remote Retailers such as ourselves to charge Sales Tax. There is a very good chance more States will follow soon.
