Wisteria Blue is one of the most cold hardy wisterias on the market. Once established, this hardy vine can bloom up to 3 times in a growing season with fragrant, foot long pods of purple-blue flowers. Wisteria is superb for covering arbors and gateways, and should be pruned and trained during its winter dormancy.

Plants will be approximately 10"-12" when received.

Hi,
Is this also known as a “Japanese Wisteria”.
My understanding is the Japanese wisteria gets much larger and can even have a large trunk diameter as opposed to the Chinese wisteria, which I have planted, and it just doesn’t get very big.
Also, my grandmother had a Japanese wisteria that covered a large area patio and was just beautiful.
Hi Kimberly, Wisteria sinensis Blue, which is commonly referred to as Chinese wisteria. Happy Stealing!
